• 34 on encore filled, cold water only for 18 hours
  • results?
    • how dark? a little too dark still
      • 1:4 ratio of water helped a lot
    • how caffeinated?
      • pretty well i feel

Espresso with Kirkland house roast

• these beans are oily and dense so they grind fine
• Allegro organic espresso was 18@7
• This is too thick even at 18@9!
