Freeze Brussel Sprouts

- Rinse and remove damaged leaves
- Blanch by boiling 3-4 minutes
- Cool in ice water to stop cooking
- pat dry
- freeze flat on baking sheet 1-2 hours
- transfer to bag and store "up to 6 months"
- To cook: thaw overnight in the fridge to be roasted sauted or steamed
