Baking sourdough, thick bottom crust in Dutch oven possible solutions:
- cornmeal below parchment paper
- Extra parchment paper below bread
- Pizza stone bellow Dutch oven
- Baking sheet(s) below Dutch oven
- An ice cube inside between parchment paper and dutch oven wall
- Lid on for longer
- Slightly lower temp (~15°)
