Current Goal
- Weight: 180
- timeline: 2 years
Note on 06-02:
- I am at about 205 and it’s been 34 days of tracking what I eat
- Not every day has been at a deficit but it’s been reasonable
- I’m averaging my weight from almost daily measurements over a week
- Could definitely exercise more but was also sick for a while
- I want to update my goal weight,
- 1 year - 175
- 2 years - 143
- But it’s highly likely I could get to 143 within a year
