I love sourdough
The process brings me joy and peace
the reward of the flavor and the feeling in my heart when my family can't help but eat more
I feel perfectly confident making bread.
I recently made a loaf using the Lazy Girl Recipe and it was a lovely loaf.
This lazier method is tangier earlier than the more traditional recipes I've used.
I want a wider dutch oven or need to learn to do it without paper or something, I don't like the shape of the loaves.
